Strength training is also known as weight training. resistance training, and muscular training.

The general definition of strength training is any physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment (eg. dumbbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.

Training works by progressively increasing the force output of the muscles and uses a variety is primarly an anaerobic activity, although circuit training also is a form of aerobic exercise.

Five basic strength tarining

Squat,hinge,push,pull and core work. There are many variations of each of those movements, but for beginners,glute bridges,push-ups,inverted rows,and planks.

Gym workout for strength

1.Leg presss machine (8-10 reps 3 sets)








2.Flat Dumbbell Chest Press (10-15 reps 3 sets)







3.Shoulder press machine (6-10 reps 3 sets)









4.Lat pulldown (6-10 reps 3 sets)







5. Hamstring Curl Machine (8-12 reps 3 sets)
